Refund policy
At AkzeeXpc, all our products are digital downloads (such as PSD templates, overlays, graphics, etc.). Once a purchase is made and the files are delivered, it cannot be undone. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund, No Cancellation Policy, except in rare cases outlined below.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

* You are charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.

* You did not receive the product file because of a system issue on our end.

Refund if approved, Refunds will be credited within 3 working days on original payment method
